The apartment was really good, new, spacious, and the price was very decent. However, we had a highly disappointing experience during check-in. We arrived at 5 PM and the rooms were not ready. Then they tried to give us only one room when the booking clearly showed two. During checkout, we did not even receive an invoice. Definitely highly unprofessional behavior.

The place is really wonderful honestly no words on it, it is cleanliness and good reception and quiet. And the place is the height of wonder
Not acceptable at all
Very unacceptable. No cleanliness, the air conditioner is hot, no paper towels, and no bathroom amenities.
Everything was perfect. The location was good and the flat was clean and in good condition. The only problem I had was that the booking was for three adults and three children. When I checked in, there were only two double beds. So I asked for extra beds, but they said they would charge me ten BD for each! I tried to sort things out, and the employee said he would check and come back to me; then he finished his shift and left!
Otherwise, everything was good.
No, I won't book this flat again because I'm really disappointed by the customer service.
